In my community, I see the effects of our broken pension system every single day. The cost of inaction is clear: fewer workers, fewer services, and communities left without the teachers, nurses, and first responders they need. New York must confront our state's workforce crisis and #FixTier6.

The promise of a career in public service is a fair and dignified retirement. I stand with the approximately 780,000 public employees in Tier 6 who are suffering in this two-tiered system. New York MUST #FixTier6.
